Strength Training

In these weekly classes, you will learn to utilize breathwork to awaken and stabilize your core canister, and how to maintain this stability throughout high-intensity exercise. We will focus on training with intention specific to the needs of each participant.

Classes are Tuesday @ 6:45pm and Saturday @ 9am.

An 8 week series on safe and effective movement patterns to support the pregnant athlete. Come learn how to strengthen your body for labor and set yourself up for a more healthy recovery in the postpartum period
